Thanks so much for your patience in getting these chord charts up.

Everything is here except for Rise and Fall.  The Chord names are too long to write down.  So, I think I’m just going to do a video showing how I play it.  It’s not that complicated at all.  It’s just weird because it’s in DADGAD, so some of the standard chord names don’t apply….or something like that.

Oh and one other thing, all of these chords are in open tuning.  We’ll try and get a chord chart up with the capoed chords soon.

Hope you enjoy.

I don’t think I can even put into words how thankful I am for all of your support for On The Incarnation.

It’s absolutely crazy to me that OTI is up to #7 on itunes.

As Chris Martin would say, next time you’re in Raleigh, I’ll buy you all ice cream.

THANK YOU!!!

There is no point to this post…other than to brag that I have some beautiful children.

This is my daughter Eden Hope.  Our friend Nicole took this picture a few nights ago…thanks Nicole.

We’re just a few weeks away from the release of On the Incarnation.

Here is the cover that our good friend Shelly Moore designed for us.

There’s a ton more info about the CD, that we’ll be rolling out over the next few weeks.  So be on the look out.

Can’t wait to tell you all the thoughts behind this cover….in the meantime, hope you enjoy this beautiful piece of art.

I’m going to hear the writers of the book Our Noise the Story of Merge Records talk tonight.  Last night I spent some time going through the book, so I could feel adequately prepared for listening tonight.  I found this quote about making art that I thought was amazing.

“There are some kinds of art that are trying to find their peers, and there are other kinds that are trying to make peers.”

I’m not sure that I completely agree with this way of looking at art…but I thought it was such an interesting way of saying it.
